Great deal for awesome product
Works great! Great value compared to expensive linemans butt set. I argue it actually works better, is lighter, and is a faster tool

works fine for me
I use this when on site for line testing or networking testing -predominantly for networking and VoIP.. it's worked fine for me, it's cheap and lightweight but that's what I paid for and it's been great so far.

let your fingers do the walking
This inexpensive butt set does the job - testing circuits and dialing in and out.

Not terrible, not great.
Cheaply made, had to snap it together when it arrived. Did save me when our fax lines went down. If your job requires you have something like this daily, buy a real lineman’s handset.

Works great with VOIP
As a field technician with spectrum this thing really works! Everytime a customer orders a landline I test the modem with this and it receives and makes calls perfectly fine with the VOIP system. Also a lot easier to carry around than the butt set

Good at what it does.
This a very simple but wonderful tool. For a rural Sys Admin, there are locations I end up at where a fax line is down. This has cut diagnostics time down to mere seconds. It's compact and portable, comes with a few adapters, and does exactly what you would expect it to do. The only con: - When you first pull it from the box it has a strong smell of toxic plastic. After a few days the smell fades.

Worked 3 times then died
Needed an affordable option for the sporadic phone work that I do. Got to a job today and it wouldn't work. Pay more and get a better product. I've only used this on 3 jobs and it crapped out between the third and fourth jobs.

Does it's job, feels fragile though.
I have only used it twice so far to test for dial tone when a customer getting internet and phone didn't have a home phone available. So far it works, but it feels like it will break easily so I refuse to leave it in the back of my van with my other tools and keep it up front. Cheap cost so if it does break I won't really freak out.
