I’ve used Plantronics headphones for quite a while. These headphones are very comfortable on my head and ears, making it possible to wear them for hours on end without issue. The range is excellent and the sound quality is very good. Callers on the other end say that my voice sounds very good as well. As a person that works a lot on the phone, the right headset makes all the difference. This headset checks all the boxes, including some pretty amazing battery life. Highly recommended!

This is my second Plantronics/Poly Voyager Focus headset. I used the first one daily for nearly three years and always appreciated its crystal-clear audio, excellent wireless range, and outstanding noise cancellation — it’s been my go-to for work calls. Naturally, I decided to upgrade to the newer version — especially since my old one was being held together with duct tape. I’m happy to report that the clarity, range, and noise cancellation are just as good, if not better. From a hardware standpoint, I’m very satisfied. However, my experience with the Poly Lens software has been disappointing. I ran into an issue while attempting to update the firmware on the USB-A adapter — the update consistently failed at 50% with the message: “BT 700 update failed.” I reached out to HP Support, but the process quickly became frustrating. Four different agents worked on my case, and at one point, I even had a phone conversation with one of them. Each agent had me repeat the same troubleshooting steps: uninstall and reinstall the Poly Lens app, try different USB ports, and test the adapter on another laptop. I was asked multiple times — via both email and phone — for the same information, like the serial number and software version. This repetitive cycle made it clear that my case history wasn’t being tracked effectively. Taking matters into my own hands, I even tried running Poly Lens as an administrator and closed apps like Microsoft Teams and Outlook before attempting the update again — but the result was always the same: 50% and failure. In the end, I asked them to close the case to save myself further time and frustration. While I absolutely love the headset, the lack of a smooth, cohesive support experience from HP is disappointing. A product of this quality deserves more reliable software — and a support team that can match the excellence of the hardware.

Everything is good except they fall off my head too easily if I look down or move around. I can't tighten it up to my liking as needed.

The headset's quality, sound, and comfort are amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is a bit glitchy at times with the base and switching from the computer to the desk phone. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

The product is fine when it is working, but the one I received has intermittent issues with both the speakers and the microphone. Speakers crackle and squelch sometimes, but if I fiddle with the headset they can go back right. People complain on zoom or Webex calls they can’t hear me…switch to different audio device and it is fine, so I blame the headset.

Love the headphones but unfortunately mine came with some noise in the left headphone. It was very disturbing.

We only received one of three headsets and it was defective.
