Post covid and air pollution.
I use this a couple of times a day, one big breath each time. Definitely helped post covid and with clearing air pollution.

I've been using Boost Oxygen Medium Natural for a few months now, and it's been a reliable pick-me-up during workouts, hiking, and even when I'm just feeling a little sluggish. The canister is lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for taking on the go. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the can doesn't last very long if you're using it frequently. The cans of O2 are a good/convenient size and configuration. I have a lack of oxygen (red blood cells)...so this should help a bit when I want to exercise/pickleball. How in the world do you really know the contents are pure oxygen???
