I wanted a product to help with anxiety. After a stressful vet visit, kitty started plucking her fur out in patches; research showed that this could be anxiety as well as many other causes. I noted alarming reviews for another company's plug-in (fire!) and decided a spray would be safer. I saw that bSerene contains catnip, which she has always found pleasurable and calming. Within two weeks of starting use according to the directions, the bald patches were visibly better, which I knew would never happen until she started leaving them alone. With continued use, her personality has mellowed to where she will associate freely with my husband, lol. Previously she liked only me, although he treated her like tiny royalty. It's not cheap, but the first bottle lasted nearly five months, at a rate of 2-4 sprays per day. I plan to continue using it unless any problem occurs; none has in five months. The first time I used it for our cat, it was effective. After that, she didn't respond as well. Maybe she fought off the effects because I only used it for taking her to the vet...and she remembered. Expensive too for the use we got out of it.

So i tried the diffuser version of this. And I wrote that I did not like that I can smell the diffuser. i ordered the diffuser and the spray at the same time, and the spray arrived late. When i got it, i figured that i'd give it a go before ditching it.And-- well, what do you know?? Mind you, I also used Feliway's spray before. Their spray didn't do much (i use their diffuser however for no smell)-- but this one. Wow, ok, so *this* is how it's supposed to be.My cat was immediately calmer. And, mellower. Instantly rubbing against me, purring, and overall happy.Needless to say, I'm going to use the spray over and over- and keep one handy at all times in the house!!

It did not work as advertised and made my place stink.

My cats travel a lot due to family circumstances that have me going back and forth twice monthly. My male cat is on a sedative because he throws ups when traveling. The female just yowls the whole trip (1.25 hours) and it puts me on edge the entire time. I ordered this spray hoping it would calm her. I followed the instructions - several sprays ~20 minutes before exposure. This spray did nothing to change her behavior. Pretty useless for my needs. Disappointed.

This product is simply amazing! I initially purchased it for my cat because she randomly started inappropriately marking all around the house. I read that cats will mark inappropriately if they are feeling anxious or nervous so I purchased this spray to help. It worked really well for my cat and she almost immediately stopped marking inappropriately. Additionally, my miniature schnauzer is a senior dog now with canine dementia. She will get anxiety and start pacing and circling the room, and sometimes she will have barking fits at random and it would take her quite some time to get settled. I have tried everything to help her, calming collars, calming treats, and other brands of calming sprays, all to no avail! Then I decided to try this calming spray since it worked so well for my cat. I sprayed some of this on her collar and sprayed some in front of her nose so that she could breathe it in. Within minutes she went to her bed and fell sound asleep! I was astonished!! I am so grateful to have found this spray and additionally grateful that it works for both my cat and my dog!! And now both of my babies are more relaxed and peaceful!!

I’ve had this for a few years now and need to buy more. I found all these bad reviews so I thought I’d share a good one. I spray this around the house when the cats are fighting and it immediately breaks them up and they walk around sniffing the air. I also used it when we added a dog to the house and it seemed to help. I am very sensitive to smells and this does not smell at all to me.
