Do the tools fall out when the case is turned sideways or upside-down?

They shouldn’t. I have packed many in boxes and didn’t experience any rattling and loose sounds coming from with in the case.

I bought this from you and lost 1/4 nut driver bit. Can I get a replacement?

Well that will be up to whomever you purchased it from, but it might be less of a hassle to buy it from the hardware store.

Are the sockets large enough to remove lug nuts?

Technically, yes, since most lug nuts are going to be 3/4", 21mm, or 7/8". Like the other answer says, you'll need more wrench for the torque, so a pipe extension at the least. I wouldn't count on that for your safety. OK, might work but also might break. I have K-D tools 3 foot 1/2" drive breaker bar and 6 point impact socket for when I travel.
