Does this come with gommit seal for Corvette manifold?

No. You will need to buy a new male plug end. That has the rubber seal you are asking about. I had to buy it because mine was missing as well. I assume yours is gone too? Anyway I think it was about $10 for a new plug end. I highly recommend soldering it in and using shrink wrap over the solder points. Otherwise you can go to the salvage yard and find one. There are many models that use this sensor. My fit was a '93 Cherokee. Must be a million of them around... Good luck.

The Amazon fitment site says yes and the year for 4.3 v6's means most MAP sensors are usually the same.

Doesn't need red rubber grommet?

If it bolts onto the manifold, on a GM yes you will need the red grommet seal. The seal is not included with the part.
