Article in The Verge by Sam Byford says “ 300-dpi resolution for monochrome content and 100 dpi when displaying colors. The overall screen resolution has been increased to 1404 x 1872.”

What os does this use (android/ios), and can i use it with kindle app?

It runs a version of Linux. As far as I am aware there is no kindle app. The formats supported are ACSM, CBR, CBZ, CHM, DJVU, DOC, DOCX, EPUB, EPUB(DRM), FB2, FB2.ZIP, HTM, HTML, MOBI, PDF, PDF (DRM), PRC, RTF, TXT. You can convert other formats to one of these though that can be difficult with kindle books.

What is the maximum capacity of MicroSD card does this support?

The official size per the documentation is 32GB. However, I have 512GB MicroSD card in mine that the reader recognizes as 488839MB. I have more than 32GB on the card and all the files open. Unfortunately, I do not know the absolute maximum that the reader will recognize but I do know it is much higher than advertised.

is opendyslexic font available for use on this?

Hello, I downloaded the Opendyslexic fonts and copied them as .ttf files into the /system/fonts directory on my InkPad Color and was able to select and use the fonts for a book without any problem. The fonts to use are the ones for Windows,Mac,Linux and need to be renamed to ttf from otf.
