It works great for my work HP and my home Lenovo. It was easy to hook up my two external monitors and my computer. Yes, I would purchase again

I had issues connecting my HP computer to 2 monitors. I bought this product, a quick update that was automatically done. It came right up. Happy that I was able to connect my headset, wireless adapter for my mouse and keyboard, and external speakers. So far a good product.

I use this dock every day for both work and personal setups, switching between computers regularly, and it’s been a solid part of my setup. It handles multiple connections well and makes it easy to move between devices without constantly reconnecting everything. For productivity, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. One important tip: make sure you use HP Support Assistant (or HP’s driver tools) to keep the dock firmware and drivers updated. That seems to help overall stability. The only issue I’ve noticed is occasional screen flickering. It happens briefly for a few seconds and only once every few days, so it hasn’t been a major problem, but it’s worth mentioning. Pros Great for switching between multiple computers Reliable for daily use Simplifies multi-device setups Works well once drivers are updated Cons Occasional screen flicker (infrequent but noticeable) Bottom Line If you need a dock for a multi-device setup, this works well and is reliable for everyday use. Just keep the firmware updated and be aware of minor display flicker.

Works, but need reboots quite often due to disconnect with monitors. Does not appear to have newer drivers to load to fix these type of problems. I see newer models are available -

I cannot plug my monitor directly into the dock it will not display. I have to connect it to my laptop. The docking station will not power on until I open the lid of my laptop and power it on. I've updated the Docking station with the latest drivers and also updated the BIOS in my laptop. I also unplugged the dock from the wall outlet tried a different outlet unplugged everything from the dock and held the power on button for 30 seconds to reset it still doesn't work. I went to the HP support site logged in and tried to add the dock to my devices so I can run diagnostics on it. But every time I put in the serial number it responds back that it can't find that SN. I took the serial number right off the bottom of the dock still no luck. I purchased this dock this past May. It never worked right out of box but being stubborn I tried to see if I could resolve the issue jokes on me!

I bought this for working from home and it works perfectly. It has several different connections for all sorts of components.

Easy to use and setup. Lots of USB ports. Quality HP product.

Whilst I do not wish to give a bad review I am somewhat angry that I bought this on Amazon UK and the product arrives with a a US plug. Not sure whether to return or see if I can get a uk adapter. It was not apparent on the website that this is a US product. I dont really wish to have to make a return but likewise down what the pain of having to use an adapter.
