Works for Android auto also
I don't normally write reviews but with this I felt I needed to. Before ordering this little jumper I watched different videos and read reviews. And in none of them did it say that it would work for what I wanted. So what I was looking for was to answer my phone with my aftermarket helmet device. When I was plugged into my bike with the USB cord. Harley-davidson some how has it locked out even when I was connected to my phone with my senna. Amd would only send the call to the bike when I answered it or when I made calls. Well this jumper worked even though it says it is only to get apple auto on the boom system. But somehow it jumps the imput signal to tell the boom system that there is a headset connected and the Bluetooth let's go of your phones microphone output. We all know how Harley-davidson likes to get there add ons and make there money but when you pay 30k for a bike it sould have it or not cost 300 to make it work. So for under 20 dollars this works as long as you have your own headset.

Works to perfection
Easy install, remove 6 screws, pull the outer fairing cover off, plug it in, replace fairing cover and plug in your phone. Boom! Apple CarPlay on your Harley. Add a wireless CarPlay dongle, ( I ordered the Autosky wireless CarPlay off Amazon for around $30), and now you have fully wireless CarPlay on your street glide.

A great little item. Super easy install and it works very well on my ‘22 Harley SGS.
An easy fix for the horrible HD GPS mapping that is two+ years outdated on a brand new bike! Plus it gives limited Apple Car Play access. I will eventually add a HD WHIM for a full wireless communication system, but I am going to do a lot more research before I spend the $1k it will cost me for that setup. This crap is all a HD marketing scam!! Love the bike though! JJ

Dont buy this product
I should have dug deeper into the reviews posted. This showed up w no jumper. The adapter even after the jumper was installed does not fit my bike as they say it does and have out listed. Garbage! Payed the dealer to remove the fairing and all and it doesnt work. Dont buy this product

A simple little device that fixes the Harley apple play
This is a great device to enable CarPlay for your IPhone after the Harley software update that forced an expensive upgrade to headsets and reprogramming costs. Installation was a breeze after removing the front fairing.

‘22 Ultra Limited FLHTK
I have a ‘22 Electra Glide Ultra Limited (batwing) and this works great. Super easy install, and car play fires up within a few seconds. You can easily switch back and forth between the native HD GPS and this car play.

This jumper works perfectly on my 2021 Street glide and is relatively easy to fit once youve moved you batwing fairing.
