Is this the frame that the mask goes into and the straps attach to?

I don't understand the question. The illustration shows the mask and the straps that hold the mask to your face. The mask is the clear plastic and the straps are an elasticized material that self-fastens with Velcro or something like it. I don't consider anything shown here to be a "frame." If there's a frame for all this, it's the head, around which the straps are adjusted to fit.
