Started using and it started peeling on my first use. I used a mat but to no avail.

Like the product but only lasts 2-3 months

very poorly made iwas jumping and the swivel would not turn well. I was doing tabata and dropped them once the screen plastic window came off.

So far I really like it, how it looks, how it feels - it's light. Kinda nervous about the battery life because it doesn't turn off for a long time.. But if something happens to the battery, I'll just use it as a usual jumping rope. The settings are easy to figure out.

The cord is cheap plastic that gets tangled every time I attempt to jump rope. I have to stop after about 10 jumps and untangle it before I can continue, this interrupting my workout. Also, the digital LCD is in metric. I am from the US and although I could calculate the totals after the workout it just makes one more thing to deal with. I want to see how many calories I'm burning as I go not when I am done and realize I haven't done as many as I thought I have.

I wish the rope was a foot more.

I like using this style of jump rope, it counts the jumps and has a beeper to let you know a programed amount of jumps has been reached, when the amount of jumps is reached again it will again beep. I've fount it more difficult to find a good set of jump rope because there are plenty of knock offs looking about the same but of much less quality. I've changed the rope to window spline and had to file away a bit of the turning mechanism inside to allow free rotation but its easy to do. I will be ordering another set soon because it takes weeks to be delivered but the seller mentioned that it takes almost a month.

When I received the item it worked for 5 minutes and then the display went blank. It hasn't come back on since. Basically I paid $8 for a cheap plastic jump rope. I would not purchase again.
