Great customer service. And decent product.
Customer service. When I received the flag pole it had a big dent it 2 of the poles. There was a card inside that said to email with any issues. They contacted right away. They sent me a new flag pole the same week. Flag pole. This flag pole is pretty nice. It has everything to fly 2 flags. It was easy to put together. All I had to do slide it into an existing pipe I had in the ground from a old telescoping flag pole I use to have. This one is not telescoping, the poles slide into each other. This is nice because the clamps that hold the telescoping kind fail and the pole wont stay extended. It also has the pully at the top to raise and lower the flag. I suggest cutting the rope some. It is way to long. There is so much to wrap around the cleat at the bottom after you raise the flag. I used the leftover rope to make a loop around the pole to keep the bottom of the flags close to the pole when the wind blows it hold the flags straight. I attached a picture to show what I mean.

It takes some effort, but worth it.
The flagpole itself assembled easily, but the installation isn't so simple, there are a lot of details. I first dug a hole 20" deep for the base tube, leaving it 4" above the surface. (I used a post hole digger for efficiency of hole size.) 75 lbs of fence post hole concrete set it in, with concrete sloping away from the exposed 4". I put the base section in the receiver to allow for accurate plumbing. The base was allowed to cure for two days. Next, I purchased a 2"-3" hose clamp and three 1" steel rings. The clamp was crimped slightly at points 1/3 around. With the rings inserted into the clamp, I secured to the inner joint portion between the top and next section. Three cables about 14' long were to the rings. After installing the upper pulley, solar light, and top ball, the rope, and adding the two lower sections, I lifted the pole assembly vertical and slipped it into the first section in the base. The three cables were secured away from the base with slight tension, and then the flag clips were installed. (I used heavier spring clips.) Note: as I raised the pole and maneuvered it into place, I felt like a caber tosser at a highland game. Before I secured the stay wires, I knew I had done the right thing because the pole was swaying even without a flag. Getting the wires anchored steadied it so I know the winds won't bend it over. >>>IMPORTANT NOTE: When raising the assembled pole, be mindful of where any overhead lines are, whether telephone or house power service. This is a metal pole, and contact with even a house feed can kill you!<<<

Looks great
Update: They have contacted me to make things right. I received a full refund and they said that they have taken my issues into consideration and will use them to improve their product. I appreciate that they took the time to hear my issues and fix them. Overall great flagpole, definitely will recommend once they resolve the one issue I had run into. I bought this flagpole to replace the one I had because the pole to flag ratio was a little off. I like the look of it and all, but unfortunately, it did not last. Even with no wind, the pole would flex in the direction of the flag, and when it was windy, I was surprised it held up for as long as it did. Originally, I had thought that was part of the design, have some flex so it won't break. Then one day, I came home to my pole and flag on the ground, the bottom section had snapped at the part where it connects to the next section above it. I thought I could just run the pole without that bottom section, but the cleat for the halyard was attached to the bottom section. Sad to see it didn't hold up, the height was great, but it just wasn't strong enough.

Pulpy broke when installing.
Nice looking tall pole but the top part you have to secure to pole and ours cracked. So the pulley part is very fragile.

Flag pole.
Beautiful flag pole. Love the black color. Look durable and seems to be very strong. The fit and size are perfect. Easy to assembly and it fit my old mounting pipe perfectly.

Flimsy, definitely for short term (~5 years?) only
Viagra should come standard with this one. I admit it looks attractive but I was alarmed at how much bend it had as we stood it up and put it in its sleeve, and that worry has proven true as I watch it sway in heavy winds. Good thing it's installed well away from the house. Decent budget purchase, expect to get about 5 years out of it, which is how long we plan in remaining in our current home and didn't want to invest in something twice as expensive we'd have to leave behind. I think the manufacturers knew about the flexibility problem when they put in the fine print (yes, it's actually there) that they suggest taking the pole down in case of bad weather. You'll find this to be impossible (as well as an obviously ridiculous idea) as soon as you seat the pole in the included pvc sleeve. One thing they got right--that pole is never coming out of there again. As an experiment we had several adults try to unseat it (we coated it with vegetable oil to make sure it slid into the sleeve) and it's never going to budge. Consider this installation permanent and plan accordingly. It's really a pity that the quality is so low because it does look really nice as long as the wind isn't blowing. We opted out of using the included flag and put up a smaller "storm flag" to try and reduce load. I'm not too confident that the pulley system is going to withstand a lot of use so with no disrespect intended we don't raise and lower to half mast when appropriate, and we definitely do not take even the flag itself down in bad weather. The pulley mechanism is either cheap plastic or very thin metal construction and functions well to get the flag up one time. I wouldn't trust it for repeated use. I do like the 30 foot size. It gets Old Glory up there where it's visible. But the tradeoff is watching the whole thing swing like fiberglass in a 20 MPH wind.

25 foot flag pole
Great item, easy to install. I would buy this product again. Looks great in my backyard. I love that I can raise and lower the flag to half mass on those holidays to celebrate our past!
