The media could not be loaded. Update: if it stops working wash inside it with some hand soap because of oil build up.First day of use and very pleased with this diffuser! Easy to set up, big water capacity and useful options! The room (medium) smelled gorgeous within seconds, I used lavender drops and the mist is strong! It hardly makes any noise and started defusing as soon as it was plugged in (no time to heat up or something, because that’s what I expected!).

The media could not be loaded. Bought this after my last one sadly gave up the ghost. I must admit I was a bit reluctant at first due to the price being so low, but omg it's proven me wrong. It's a brilliant bit of kit, so easy to use, comes with remote control, looks lovely when it's lit up, I like the option of having light listening or full mist and it's awesome quality and is making my home smell lovely again. I have 2 dogs so this really is a god's end to help to keep the flat smelling lovely. Will most definitely be buying another for our boat. Would highly recommend this to anyone anstong a lovely smelling home. I use the oils that smell like ladies perfume and mens aftershave and it really does make a huge difference to the smell.

Really good mist quality that disperses oil well and doesn't water down the scent too much. Not too noisy and really easy to use. Looks a little plasticky, but seems to work really well. We're yet to use the timer function but the auto off function has been brilliant.

Best diffuser for a brilliant price! Highly recommend using fresh linen premium fragrance oil from mystic moments. Smells amazing throughout the whole house.

This works perfectly well for a while (3-4 uses) but then stops producing mist from the slot. I found that wiping the inside carefully with a tissue - particularly the round 'hole' in the base inside - helps for a while until it stops again. I have also found that concentrated essential oils seem to be too heavy to work well and seem to clog the unit so now only use mister type fragrances and spray the surface of the water 2-3 times. Bit of a shame as it was pure (single) essential oils I would have preferred to use.The remote control has also given up working altogether (yes, I did try a new battery!) which is not the end of the world but just make the unit less convenient than it was with the remote.Good effect though so worth persevering, but a little precious and needy!

Brought 2 months ago. Havnt used it loads but is now not working - no way of it being fixed by seller or it being returned/ exchanged!
