Great pillow. When i opened it, i noticed a strange smell, i assumed its the smell of whatever they use to make the pillow stay cool. You have to fluff it for a good amount of time to make sure the cooling agent spreads well in the foam. Is what i assumed atleast. Its a perfect amount of softness for me. Pair it with some bamboo pillow cases and you got a good night of sleep

I am very picky with my pillows because I have a bad neck and I can never seem to find a good pillow. But I tried this pillow because it had everything I was looking for and the price was great! You get two of them and they are absolutely awesome.! normally I would need to lay on two pillows to try and get comfortable but with these pillows I just lay on one and I wake up with no neck pain. They really have a nice cooling effect. They actually puff up immediately after opening them. All you have to do is just shake them up and the pillow just puffs straight up.. It comes with extra cushioning if you want it to make it firmer and if you don’t want it as firm as it is, you can actually take some out. It really is such a beautiful pillow. It’s perfect in every way to me being such a picky pillow person. You just lay your head down on it and it forms around your neck and your head and when you get up, it goes right back to its normal form. It doesn’t get flat and I love it. I completely recommend this to anyone who is a person who has a hard time finding a really good pillow.

I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.

Great pillow, well made, high quality, worth the price. One of the best pillows I ever owned. It’s very comfy and works for side and back sleepers since I’m both! It’s soft but gives great support without being firm. I love that. The pillow feels cooler than an average pillow. Its quilted outer texture is great. Very nice looking pillow.

After waking up almost every day with a headache, I realized my pillow was the problem. I tried different memory foam pillows, and other kinds but they all ended up not working out. One of the main reasons why this pillow is so great is because of the outer casing, combined with the adjustable fill. It's sooooo comfy and I don't have to worry about lumps and bumps. My husband also used to have a lot of neck pain because of pillows and it came to a point where he just slept without one. But this one is working really well for him too! Highly recommend, and I definitely plan on buying some more for the entire household.

I have been searching for the right pillow for a long time, and this one has been a total lifesaver. As a side sleeper, finding proper spinal alignment is usually a struggle, but this pillow has helped my neck so much. It provides the perfect balance of support and comfort, and the cooling feature is a wonderful bonus. I’m finally waking up without that stiff, painful feeling in the mornings. Highly recommend!

Great full pillows, great price. They are very firm. Though the stuffing is very soft, there is a lot. I've pulled out a grocery bag full of stuffing and it's still farely firm. I do like that you can add and remove stuffing to adjust. I'm big on using my pillows to prop myself, even weeks of leaning on them they're holding up like new.

I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.
