So these are just the perfect size, not too small, not too big, the size is just perfect. And these are excellent for icing your back. I have chronic back pain in the middle of my back and I use these to ice my back. So these are just fantastic for icing your back. And the size is perfect. So I purchased this back on October 9th of 2022. And just in the past couple of weeks two of the ice blankets developed leaks. So I'd say a few weeks ago one of the ice blankets developed a leak in one of the water pockets, and then another ice blanket developed a leak in one of it's water pockets. So I've got two ice blankets that have leaks so I have thrown them away in the trash. So I only have two ice blankets remaining. So it seems if you use these ice blankets often as I do eventually they will develop a leak. Cryopak your ice blankets are perfect for icing one's back but do you think you could possibly make them more durable so they last longer? So yeah I use these ice blankets all the time to ice my back and if you use them as often as I do then they will eventually develop a leak. And so here I am buying these for the second time today, I'm buying them for a second time because they are perfect for icing your back. I repeat, these are absolutely perfect if you have back pain I just wish they would last a little bit longer before they developed a leak. And the size is absolutely perfect, not too big, not too small.

These are great, I have three ice packs that have this type of thing inside but had worn out so I was able to cut and replace and my wraps are as good as new for a fraction of the price !
