I purchased this Pet Fountain for my cats, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in their water intake since setting it up. They’ve always preferred running water over a standard bowl, so the flowing fountain design immediately caught their attention. Within a day or two, they were using it regularly, and I’ve observed them drinking more frequently compared to their previous water dish. The capacity is generous, which means fewer refills — especially helpful in a multi-cat household. It runs quietly, and the gentle flow isn’t overwhelming. Cleaning is fairly straightforward, and the parts come apart easily for rinsing. One thing to keep in mind is that like most pet fountains, regular cleaning is important to keep it fresh and functioning well. As long as you maintain it, it works smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. If you have cats that prefer moving water, this fountain is worth considering.

LOVE this water fountain. It was really easy to set up, its very quiet, and the light is bright so its easy to keep an eye on, but not so bright that it blasts a whole room. My cat never splashes water out of it (however my partner's dog that visits can get a little messy with it). It doesn't leak, it cycles nicely.

buy exta filters, worth every penny and my cat drinks S much water now! :-) thanks! wash it first and change the filters often. setup is easy if u r kina crafty or have done it before, otherwise i'd recommend a YT tutorial bc its kinda complex to assemble. works well, keeps water fresh, hold a LOT of it, good if ur going on holiday for a weekend or something and u dont want ur cat to die. quite sturdy too! no batteries needed.

Bought this in 2022 and it lasted until 2024, and only recently started using it again a month ago for another kitty. Both cats enjoyed drinking from it! The pump was still working, but was starting to get a little louder the last couple weeks. However, my complaint is the motor has so many pieces that come apart that I didn't even know came apart for a couple years. And even last week I found *another* piece that can come out. When I bought it, there wasn't a video on how to clean it, and the instructions didn't mention that when *fully* taken apart you should have 4 pieces (the face plate where the lightbulb is, the motor, the motor *fan*, and the part that holds the sponge. Because of this, there was a buildup of pink slime mold (a type of bacteria, actually). No matter how many times I scrub it down (I've used vinegar before too), it still keeps appearing. There are so many little cracks and places for the slime to nestle in that are near impossible to get it all out, so the slime mold will just come back. Cleaned it well a week ago and when I checked today there was more, in the basin, the pump, and even some on the filter (which I had just replaced) Decided to just throw away the dang thing. Might buy their stainless steel one next, because the kitty likes the flower design, and I hear it's more sanitary than plastic. Plus now that I know how the motor comes apart, it should be easier to take care of and keep pink slime free. The picture I'm posting is all the pieces of the pump. If you know what to do (unlike I did when I first got it), it should be alright though. I, personally, am just a little wary about cleaning pumps now

I have had the fountain for 2 months. Lived the fountain initially. I liked that the filter was smaller than other fountains I’ve used yet has larger water capacity. After nearly 10 weeks of use, the pump no longer works. I have cleaned and maintained the pump. The light comes on, but no water pump action. UPDATE: I must say, this is the first time a seller reached out about an issue I had with their product. They suggested another look at the propeller in the pump, but regardless they wanted to rectify the situation, which they did wonderfully. I bought a new pump, and it’s quieter than the pump that came with the fountain initially. It’s back to working as the best pet water fountain. And their commitment to customer satisfaction has made me a lifetime customer.

My cat doesn’t use this. I bought it for her and she prefers to drink water off old dirty tarps in the backyard. Lovely. But I still keep it running, just in case she decides to drink water in the house one day. It’s was to set up. I actually didn’t even look at the directions. It cycles the water, which I read cats love! It’s a little fountain! And the light is a nice added touch. Gives it a nice ambiance that my son also hates. Luckily, you can turn the light off. I’m glad I bought this for my son’s cat even though my son hates the light and the cat doesn’t use the fountain, I’d still say others should give it a chance. It’s a great deal for the price! I looked at a ton of these and bought this one! Probably because it had next day delivery. I think this would be perfect for indoor cats. If you have a feral little beast like me, I’d still say get it!! Water is so important for their kidneys…. But really, you should go fill a trash can lid in your back yard with water and I’m sure your feral monster will love that more.

I bought this for my newly acquired (from my front porch) kitty brothers. All 3 cats loved it and it was excellent while it lasted. I meticulously followed all cleaning instructions, and everything was going so well until the included motor stopped pumping the water. It barely dribbled out on top so I took it all apart, washing & inspecting everything but it appears the motor just gave up. I had high hopes for this furball fountain considering the great reviews but I’m incredibly disappointed the motor died so quickly on this thing. Update: The seller contacted me and was very sorry to hear the pump died. I was refunded fully for the purchase and have decided to buy this product again as my cats really enjoyed it and the reviews are very positive. I’ll update my review to release my experience with the 2nd unit.

As the winner of the 2023 pet innovation awards, the veken water fountain is an excellent choice for the array of reliable options it provides. This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. Espero que mi opinión te sirva para comprarla.

Muy buen producto, gran capacidad y super silecioso. Solo 2 detalles 1. Es mucha la agua que se requiere para tapar el nivel minimo y da la impresion de desperdiciar, se puede improvisar algo para subir el nivel del agua y aprovechar mas. 2. No tiene una forma de fijarlo al suelo, solo el tapete antiderrapante pero para los 4 Michis les es facil tirarlo al hacr Zoomies en conjunto.

For the price, this is a great pet fountain. It took a few days for my cat to get used to this fountain, but once she did, she was fine with it. She was actually scared of it for the first few minutes, but I did see her drinking from it about an hour later, but she was still leery of it for about the first week. The pump does make a quiet humming sound, and there is also a small trickling noise, so it’s not silent. It’s no louder than a fish tank, or a fridge or water cooler running, and you get used to it quickly. Set up, and cleaning is simple, and everything goes together easily. There was a fair amount of cat hair in the pump filter after its first cleaning.
