I love this water-soluble graphite pencil. It is so easy to create a puddle of graphite wash using a brush and this pencil. So much easier than an Artgraph stick which seems like it will never get dark enough. The wash, when applied to watercolor paper, is very smooth. It is very easy to create different values by simply adding a bit more water. Definitely a must-have in my travel kit.

That even though under about this item describes it as a four pack…..they will only send one.
I have no complaint about the performance. Just that under other details it says it is one pack with four in it and the picture also depicts four. This is very misleading!

Who knew that a watersoluble graphite pencil could be so cool? Do your shading, add it little bit of water, and now tyou got something pretty neat. I got the B4 and plan on buying more.

Arrived broken and unusable.
The item showed up completely broken up in several small pieces . Unusable. very disappointed
