Does this make hair curly?

I haven’t use this particular version of it. I use the clean cut pomade and shiny one too. It holds up with a natural look. Then again I have fine hair so I probably can’t relate much on curly hair.

Is this the messy contour that suddenly disappeared. The yellow color one?
