I had ordered Strathmore 400 series coldpressed watercolour paper after I read good reviews about it but when I recieved it, it was of such a cheap quality! And just after I recieved that, I searched for videos reviewing the said paper and came across a videos where the reviewer too said the paper sucked! And the most shocking thing is that my paper's texture doesn't look anything like the one showed here. I'm so bummed and it was quite costly in my country! Now, I'm so confused as to whether I should order another one of the same series or did I recieve a bad product. Did anyone experience the same thing? Would be so helpful...

I bought this watercolour paper on the recommendation of Ken Hobson, an artist I follow on youtube. It offers the artist who makes a mistake - an aspect of the painting that doesn't work as envisaged, or simply a a colour choice that is "wrong" - the opportunity to remove the offending piece, without a trace. Thus saving a painting that I once would have torn up. So, over all, this was a 5 star purchase. I will definitely be ordering again.
