Great Value, however doesn't come with the locking nut.
I have ordered three of these now, and each of them has come without the locking nut, which I thought was part of the Floyd Rose retail packages. The latest appeared to have packaging where the NUT would have been located, but the plastic was torn and the nut was not included. Other than that issue, I have had no issues with these tremolos. The are relatively stable and operate smoothly.

Fit and finish is top notch!
Purchased this to replace my 30 year old original Floyd Rose setup on my Jackson, and this fit great! The only difference between this setup and the old one is the bridge studs, these were larger so I had to drill out the existing holes to fit the new sleeves, but other than that everything fit like a glove. It literally includes everything, including springs and whammy bar. If you’re looking to refresh your beat up original equipment, this kit is perfect.

It does not come with lucking nut.
The Floyd Rose FR Special Series Tremolo is great quality and I replaced it on my Jackson JS32 Rhoads, it fit like a glove and I intonated my guitar to perfection, but I expected I would get the locking nut as well since the description says it is in the package but it is not the part of it. I'd give it a 5 star if it contained the locking nut but I can't give it a 3 because it's huge improvement.

Description is fraudulent ...does not include locking nut.
States that it includes the locking nut, and it does not. Do not buy.

Works great. Not sure why the description says it comes with a locking nut, but the special series generally do NOT come with one. You need to choose which nut size you need, R2, R3, etc.

OK, but not as good as the OEM that came with my Strat
I was already familiar with how to assemble the device. Installation went well, but the micro-tuner controls don't have the functionality of the OEM version that originally came with the guitar. The entire travel range for tuning is shorter on some of the micro-tuners, which makes one have to redo the tuning at the nut---much more inconvenient than the original OEM Floyd Rose vibrato.

Sadly... it's poor quality...
The overall build quality is poor. I bought this trem and an upgrade of sorts for a 2008 Japanese Jackson. The Trem fits perfectly in the trem cavity perfectly. So it's ok as a direct swap. However build quality lets it down badly. I have had to replace two of the string saddles on the first setup. The screw thread on the saddles have rounded off and are a right off. It's outside the 30 day return, I Bought the Item on 12th January '24 and due to other commitments I have only now April 11th '24 had a chance to fit it otherwise this would have gone back. I don't have any faith that this trem is going to last, the Jackson own brand lasted very well. If this starts to go then I'll be going Gotoh 1996T as a replacement. I know some will say it's a 'SPECIAL SERIES' they're not great, but It should be of reasonable quality and this is not. Very sad.
