These handheld graters exceeded my expectations! I put them through the ultimate sharpness test - grating a tomato. Instead of turning it into a mushy mess, it sliced cleanly through the skin with zero effort, leaving neat, fine shreds (you can see in the pictures how smooth the cuts are and how clean the skin was sliced). I also tested it on some very tough cheeses - aged Gouda and rock-hard Parmesan - and the smaller grater handled them with ease, producing perfect fine shavings without slipping or clogging. The blades are razor sharp, it works beautifully, and it makes prep so much easier. Love that it comes with the 'finger saver' attachment, and plastic guards to ensure your blades stay sharp when getting banged around in your drawer. Clean easily, and good quality. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a reliable, high-quality grater that can actually handle both delicate and tough foods!

I love this grater. It is sleek in the kitchen utensil drawer, with a cover, so you don't grate yourself when searching through looking for other utensils. The cover clips on nicely. The grater is easy to hold and handle and works very well. It is very sharp. The citrus fruits we have grated so far turn out very fine, which is fantastic. It works perfectly for the recipes we originally needed this grater for. I will be trying it out on cheese at some point but this grater might be best for parmesan or something you want to be finely grated.
