USCutter SC2 Vinyl Cutter Plotter with Stand and Catch Basket, 28" w/VMC (PC Only)

Works good. Had problems with the software at first but customer service had it working really quick.

I had bought a Vevor model and software I had to send back. I have expensive expert software from LXI and the other model did not work. This I hooked up and called USCUTTER and I spoke to a real person and he gave me the info and BOOM it worked. This is worth the extra money because it is a lot more solid than the MH models. So go get one they are great. NOTE : when putting the cutter/pen in there is a grove/slot to put the rim of the cutter holder in. Do not put the grove above the holder. (helpful tip) its something I screwed up and they told me how to fix. I also recommend another software package than SirCutsAlot. But its not bad to start with.

This plotter, at this price point is a very solid deal. Added it as a secondary plotter to basically cut 5% windshield strips. (saves me from swapping film rolls all day on the primary plotter). Very capable machine for a very reasonable price.

I purchased this cutter to replace my aging Seikitech 720H that I've been using for the past 15 years. The SC2 has tons more memory than my previous cutter which eliminated some issues that I have had for a while now. So far the performance has been good. The only negative I can give, and I will echo what another person mentioned in their review, is the included stand hardware. The screws are lousy. I fought with them for about an hour before raiding my parts cabinet and what a difference quality screws make! I was so frustrated I was tempted to return the whole thing. Using the better screws made things go much faster. In the end, the stand is quite well built and I do not foresee any problems.

So far it works very well, already paid for itself in election signs. It’s loud, but most stepper motors are. Good value for the money.

This will not work with a mac unless your computer and operating system are obsolete . If you want it to work you have to spend an extra $200 to buy the newest version of the software. So buy somewhere else where they don't charge you for a software that is obsolete and will not work with current operating system.

One of the best cutters for the price 2 years with this unit have put over 1000 jobs now still going surprised it has not failed at all ive heard people complain about it but people just dont read lol money maker for sure
