Poise Impressa Incontinence Bladder Supports

What can I say about a product that actually does work... but isn't that comfortable? Whether you cough or sneeze, they will keep you from leaking. However, I would recommend putting a tiny bit of lube in that area prior to inserting it. Otherwise, it's just dry tampon like material sliding into a dry opening....talk about an uncomfortable feeling. Yikes! I gave it a 3 because unless you use some type of lube, they are NOT comfortable, like maybe a 1. But if you use something, they are barely noticeable, so 3 it is. They are a bit pricey as well, but better that than the embarrassment of an unexpected leak while you are out. If you have this problem and were wondering if they work, they do! They will keep you totally dry.

I have a Uterine prolapse, and my Gynaecologist recommended these to me , wow they certainly have improved my quality of life , I was totally missable, these help push the prolapse back into place and then help with and leakages , but I mainly use these for my prolapse , Amazing product , I’ve never seen them in a store to purchase here in Canada, so Thank you Amazon for carrying them … 🍄🍓❤️

I was super skeptical of these. I’ve tried another product like this with crappy results. I didn’t bother with the size 1 or 2’s I skipped right to the threes. I was done with this! I wore one last night just to see if it would work before I tried one on during the day. I had one or two or too drops from when I stretched this morning but nothing else! NOTHING!! I’m bummed because you’re only supposed to use one 12 hours a day. I wish I could use them day and night but the box recommends only one a day. I was worried about dryness. I’m Perimenopausal but it’s like a small metal cage. I’m not sure how to describe it but it doesn’t absorb vaginal fluids. I’m going to keep wearing them at night for a week to make sure they keep working. I used them doing dishes and laundry this evening and nothing! I completely dry. I usually wear a size three pad if that helps give some comparison. Just try a box!! I haven’t been this dry in almost seven years! So much better than feeling like you’re wearing a diaper all day.

I really wanted to write a review for this one because if you are like me, this incontinence sucks big time!! I am 51 and have struggled with it off and on for the past several years. According to Poise these will not work if you have URGE incontinence (feeling like sudden need to go) only if you have STRESS incontinence (laugh, cough, sneeze, exercise). I have a double whammy with both stress and urge incontinence. I tried #2 poise (shot in the dark) and it was a complete success. I had no URGE or STRESS incontinence. I was dry as a bone. As long as you know how to put a tampon in it is no big deal. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is the expense. Come on people!!! Lastly I wanted to mention that I tried another product called Finess. That product worked just as well for me. I would probably give that product 3 1/2 stars though because you have to change it every time you go to the bathroom, so talk about an expense! With Poise, you wear 1 all day. I did want to mention Finess though because some people have mentioned that it is hard to insert a Poise as they age. With Finess there is no insertion. Finess is worn on the outside. I hope another person can find a solution.

(Warning: TMI included in this review!)As a person who considers herself too young to have extreme bladder issues, I am INCREDIBLY grateful for these! Early in my forties, with 6 kids, I found myself in some very embarrassing situations due to my weak bladder… to the point that I knew I had to find something fast to help! But, let’s be honest… there’s no way I wanted to wear an adult diaper (no matter how much they advertise them being “thin” or “subtle”), or even a bulky pad, for that matter! I mean, talk about adding insult to injury. I’m not sure either of those options makes me feel much less self-conscious than setting my pants! Anyway, I remembered seeing these on a commercial at one time, but couldn’t find them anywhere in-store. Thank God for Amazon… these are so much easier on my self-esteem, & have saved me from further humiliation in public. They are basically like using a tampon, and they come in different sizes to suit your need. I’m a big fan.. I put them on auto-ship and will continue to do so until I’m a candidate for bladder surgery! Good lucks, ladies… I hope these help you like they’ve helped me!
