Best curry paste I've ever used ...
Yes, it has a high salt content, but you can offset this by adding water (try 2200ml), more meat and/or more veg, or even some greek yoghurt. And despite the salt, Yuka rates this as excellent, at 84/100, way higher than every other paste I've tried. And the taste is amazing, hot but not too hot. I never use salt in any of my cooking and at least the way I make it, I didn't find my curry noticeably salty. I found the best way to store it after I opened the inner sealed pouch is to make 50g balls (each tub makes 8), put them back in the tub, place in a sealed bag and then in the freezer. Then each time I make curry, I just take out one of the 50g balls, easy peasy (not my idea, I read this somewhere and it's a great hack, though a bit messy). Though it will last months in the fridge once opened - unopened mine has an 18-month Best Before date - just as easy to put in the freezer and take out one of the frozen 50g balls as needed. A bit more expensive than other curry pastes you can buy in store but so worth it! I highly recommend this as authentic and very tasty!

Nicely spicy 👌
I used one 400g of Mae Ploy Thai Green Curry paste with 6 cans of coconut milk, chicken and onions. It says to use approximately one can of coconut milk to every 50g of paste. The result was an excellent fine tasting Thai Green Curry with the perfect amount of spice and flavour. I highly recommend this product.

SO TASTY
This green curry paste is the best I've tasted. Following a recipe from a Thai website, it makes the perfect Thai Green Curry... so tasty and great value for money, lasts a long time.

Nom, nom, nom.
Lovely, authentic Thai flavour. My local Thai takeaway used this & posted her recipe prior to retiring. It is lush.

Brilliant, delicious, but salty.
This is the best thai curry paste on the market. Word of warning, it's very salty, so do not add salt to any other ingredients you're using.

The best curry paste for authentic Thai Green Curry
I regularly go to a Thai resturant and always order the Green Chicken curry, I have for years tried to cook a thai curry that is something like the resturant curry and they were OK.... but obviously not as good. THIS curry paste is the best I have bought, and to my taste, its exactly right for me, the paste has all the ingredients in it that is needed for an authentic Thai taste. I personally use 50gm of paste to add to my other ingrediants to make a curry for 3 people, and its perfect for my taste, but you can use a little more or a little less of course. The tub holds 400 gms so I can make 8 currys , and although it keeps very well in the fridge once opened, I pre-measure my 50gms portions into small balls, roll them in cling film, and store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer, then I just pick one ball out of the bag whenever I make a curry. keeps forever in the fridge. if you like Thai curry.... this is the best I have bought, and I have bought a lot!

Good quality paste to use for home cooking
Great item, this is a green paste of blended herbs and spices, It gives a powerful kick and as per the instructions I have used the same amount of paste to cook 1kg of meat and veg so its quite concentrated, even though the recipe suggests the equivalent of more per serving. We love Thai green curry in our house and I would say its as good as the restaurant at a fraction of the price. I always hope the the home ready made doesnt taste as good as it kind of means I am less likely to go to the restaurant, but this tastes as good as local restaurants.
