A TON more power and battery life, very sug and secure fit, recharges with the Milwaukee charger that comes with the drill / driver combo kit, and (this is my favorite part) my 18v tools still fit in the case with these larger batteries attached. Great work designing an affordable and quality product. Review: Total junk - These are a complete waste of money. I ordered two the two pack on May 1st, and received them in a timely manner. Both batteries appeared to work and charge the same as my other Milwaukee batteries at first. Within a couple weeks, one battery malfunctioned, and the lights never turned off. Normally the lights turn on when you push the button, or are on the charger. The lights never turn off no matter what you do. The battery was still "operable", but I feared there was something wrong internally, so I contacted the seller. The seller was quick to reply, and asked for a video of the battery with the problem. I made a video, and provided it to them, and they sent out a 9.0Ah battery as a replacement for the 5.0Ah battery with the malfunction. When I went to use the second battery last week, it was completely dead. No lights would turn on. I have had Milwaukee batteries for 10 years, and have never had a battery that has never had the lights not turn on. I figured it static discharged to zero, and just needed a charge. I placed it on the charger and the red and green lights both flashed, indicating there is a battery malfunction. I have two chargers, and got the same result on both chargers. so within two months, both original batteries have malfunctioned. I made another video and contacted the seller. I was advised they would only refund half of the purchase price since they sent out the 9.0AH battery that has the same value as two 5,0Ah batteries, and I could buy two more batteries with the money they refunded me. I am reluctant to spend any more money on these batteries since both 5.0 batteries failed within two months, and I haven't had the 9.0 battery longer than two weeks to see if it will even make it that long.

As good or better than Milwaukee battery.
Ok so I was very skeptical of these aftermarket batteries but for the price I had to try them out. I bought the two pack one for me and one for the guy that works in the bay next to me, we are both mechanics and we use our M18 1/2 drive imoact guns all day on anything from lug nuts to suspension parts to motor mounts and these batteries just don't quit. I can get almost a day and a half out of a full charge. Battery fits pretty tight but I actually like it better since my Milwaukee battery has gotten so loose I lose connection occasionally. I waited a solid month to leave this review, I'm confident now these are good and I will be buying another set.

Worth the price (so far)
Bought these batteries a few months back figuring for the price they are worth a shot. And so far they have held up well. One of the front battery indicator stickers is beginning to fall off, and the charge isn't quite as long as a brand new 5.0 but I wasn't expecting it to be going into it. Other than that these batteries have performed very well, and barring any issues I would recommend purchasing them.

Great Batteries and Price
I bought two batteries for my boyfriend and he has been using them 5 days a week at work all day long at a automotive dealership. They have great life and power. He only charges them once a week and they do great!

these batteries are complete garbage. they start out fine as a great deal and work good. I purchased 2 pair of these batteries and within a couple of months of use every one of them stopped working and would not take a charge. Very! disappointed with amazon. there was supposed to be a 1 year warranty. amazon failed to understand the warranty and was unable to contact the seller and resolve the issue. they actually left it up to me to find them and resolve the issue on my own. which i was unable to do. amazon left me screwed with a pile of junk batteries and no refund.Do not buy these batteries.

The only review you need to read
As I feared, these batteries are NOT EVEN CLOSE to 5Ah. How these companies get away with selling blatant lies is far beyond me. Pros: -Overall nice construction. Not as nice as an OEM battery, mind you, but probably the best built aftermarket battery I've inspected. Case is Poly Carbonate + ABS-FR(10) instead of just cheesy ABS alone. It is quite rigid and would probably hold up well to impact. It's nice to see they incorporated at least a little fire retardant. The overmold is rubber-ish like the OEM battery, but is very slick and has almost no grip at all. They should have done without it. I can see the rubber just peeling off in short order. -Seem equivalent to OEM in cold performance. After placing both the OEM and Gerit battery in the freezer for 90 minutes (@ ~0 degrees F), both batteries had negligible voltage drop. They were both functional in a tool. I don't have a high power electronic load, so I wasn't able to test the current delivering ability in this cold test, or in general. -Circuit board looks decent. Not to much to say besides the soldering quality looked fine. No conformal coating, though. The battery level indicator seems to function the same as the OEM battery. Cons: -THESE BATTERIES ARE NOT 5000mAh! That is a complete lie. In fact, they're not even 4Ah! Both batteries, after repeated tests, put out 3.4Ah. What a fricken joke! I have two OEM 4Ah batteries that both put out 3.8Ah (Well within reason given they're a couple years old). These Gerit batteries aren't even near their capacity new, and will get worse as time goes on. After a year, you might only be getting 3.2Ah, or less. -Random cells used. Ok, maybe not random, but even according to their own description, they can be various branded cells. I couldn't see the exact model the ones in my pack, unfortunately. If you look at the pic of the cells in my battery, at lease one looks slightly different. I'm beginning to think they use whatever cells fell off the truck. They don't appear to be used at least. This is why they can make a battery for so much cheaper though (and using lower capacity cells than advertised). The only real downside is that my experience, like with cold performance, may not be somebody else's, given they fact they could have a different brand or model of cell. Someone else might end up with more, or God forbid, even less capacity than me. Overall, a good attempt at a sub-par battery. If it weren't for the BS capacity claim, this would be a five star review. Hopefully Gerit Batt will see my review and do their own testing and edit the description or use the proper capacity cells. I feel ripped off, paying $90 for 3.4Ah after-market batteries. The moral of the story, don't trust their description and buy at your own risk.

They charge a tad slower but not bad, have plenty of power and last just as ...
Other than not saying Milwaukee, these are the real deal. They charge a tad slower but not bad, have plenty of power and last just as long as a milwaukee 5.0. Not sure how the longevity of these will last as I just got them a month ago, but worsthe case scenario I have to "standard" batteries for the price of one. These are a no brainer
