Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Hollandaise Sauce Mix, 0.9 ounce (Pack of 12)

Ok, i don’t do the tattle tale “reviews”, good or bad normally, BUT, this Hollandiaise sauce mix is the BOMB, so I thought I would let folks know. I eat Eggs Beni about 8 days a week! 😁 I’m not a chef, so whisking up real hollandaise is not an option. So I’ve tried all the different brands and ended up using the Knor mix that take water only, quick and easy, tastes ok but not very rich. Well, ran out and thought let me try something else, been a while since trying them all years afo. Just fired this up, REALLY EASY TO MAKE, even though its Milk and butter. Whisking the milk and powder (sauce mix) first, it mixes right up without clumps and mixes in 10 seconds, then put it on heat and drop in the 1/2 stick of butter cut up, and it starts melting and just whisk it in for a minute while boiling the water/vinigar for poaching the egsgs. 2 minutes later I took the sauce off burner and set aside while poaching the eggs and ham and toast. It thickened up perfectly, and MAN IS IT TASTY! WOW! I’m now a big fan of this Amazon branded sauce mix, absolutely the best I have had, and EASY and quick to make. LOVE IT! So much more flavor, in fact, better than what I get out at the dinners and breakfast places. This tastes like the real thing, I’m guessing because it is, butter + milk….what a difference. I no connection to amazon, not paid, not given free crap…. This sauce is just good! I highly recommend it for eggs beni which in my opinion should be eaten twice a day! 🤣 Hope this helps somebody out…

Tastes delicious. Easy to make. Besides eggs Benedict, this sauce is tasty on roasted vegetables.

I used to make Hollandaise Sauce from scratch but it's getting too hard for me to deal with it these days. I decided to try a mix. At the time I ordered, this was the best buy and it had decent reviews. For the price, thought I'd give it a try. Glad we did because it's a really good substitute for homemade. I do add 1/4 Tsp of powdered mustard to the sauce mix before mixing with milk. I add juice from half a lemon half way through cooking while stirring constantly. It gives it a more traditional flavor for my taste. After giving a few other brands a try, I will continue to buy Happy Belly. I made up two packages of Happy Belly to generously top Eggs Benedict for two and then used the leftover sauce on steamed broccoli a few days later. It does keep well in the frig for a few days.

I am always impressed by how yummy these are! I usually don’t add the extra butter and use different milk every time - regular, almond, etc. yet it always comes out creamy and flavorful! Love having these on hand and surprised by how low calorie you can make it!

I like this product very much. Have ordered several times as I love this sauce on my omelettes and asparagus.
