Do they have tape on the back to stick in place?

No they do not stick but I tend to put an old blanket over the top to stop from moving as my little girl still wears nappies and wriggles in the night and this always does the trick and then stick blanket in the wash if wet through. Also it is another layer to stop the leaking.
