Junk. Cant even lift gate after 2 weeks. Wife was unable to even access tailgate due to failure. Disappointing

Although upon purchase, I had a message box pop up and say "guaranteed to fit your vehicle,"it doesn't. Too long. Can't reach seller for help, and had to put in request to return using Amazon "self help." Hella inconvenient and disappointing...I wish the seller had some sort of contact info to reaolve better.
