We had an issue but Hamax was very helpful with making us feel like a valued customer
I originally had a rating of 2 because when we received the package, it was not packaged properly and when opened, it slipped out of the bag it was in because it was put in upside down and the bag wasn't secure and fell out of the bag and made a dent in our floor. I told Hamax about what happened and they were very generous in helping out the best way they could to compensate us for their mistake. I am satisfied with their help and they made me feel like a valued customer.

High quality bracket.
We bought this extra Hamax bracket and it’s been really easy to switch the seat from my bike to my husband’s bike. Also, the bracket locks so the bike seat is secure, which is great as we bike every day to town.Excellent customer service from Hamax and Amazon. Thank you!
