Everything pluged iin without any issues. Slide right into place. Now have A/C and Heat again. Installed on a 1999 Chevy K2500 Suburban. Price was great as Auto Parts Box Stores wanted way to much for this partcular part. Started to call around to different Salvage yards then decided to try Amazon. Found what I needed. Ordered it and had installed two days later. Plus it is a New part, not remanufactured. Highly Recommend this part.

This is an exact OEM replacement. GM had problems with the design, so you may have problems too. What you will not have problems with is this company. I received the unit on Aug. 27, and installed a few weeks later. In the first week of October, it just quit on me. It was too late to return to Amazon, so I took a shot with the vendor, GWA Auto Parts. OMG this company is great, and rocketed out a replacement that was in my hands 3 days later. I swapped it out and everything is hunky dory. Thanks GWA!!!!

Installed this HVAC control panel on a 1997 GMC Sierra K1500 XC SLT as my original HVAC control panel was dry rotted with brittle/broken plastic mounting clips. Installation was fairly easy as the new product appears to be of good quality and made with better components than the original OEM was. The original OEM HVAC controls were $250 and were made in China, so It's a no-brainer paying $50 for an aftermarket HVAC controller made in China too. Now I didn't use the original backlit bulbs as I already had upgraded LEDs and just swap them out to the new one(less heat on the plastic). Everything works perfectly fine with the new HVAC controller.

DO NOT BUY. I knew I was buying a Chinesium p.o.s., but I expected it to actually work. There's no connection terminal for Heater and A/C. Fan works, but there's no heat due to this issue. They added the tab to hold the connector coming from the truck, but there's no male end to relieve it. Absolute junk.

I had an issue with the knobs turning past the stops. The temperature and A/C to heat knob would keep going after the end of the detent. The company sent me a replacement and it seems much better. I will update if the quality suffers. No issue with the new one so far.

Plugged in fit properly AC works correctly and tested heat side stopped it at 120 degrees seems fine time will tell

Bought 2 of these, first one was warranty for poor heat output when compared to original. Received the second one and same issue, it is currently being returned for refund.

A/C control unit failed after 3 days. Cost me $150 for hours labour AC repair technician to verify faulty unit, very dissapointed.

Cheaper than the alternative but heat control doesn’t work
