They're back! The Warner brothers, Yakko and Wakko, and the Warner sister Dot - three inseparable, irascible siblings - have a great time wreaking havoc and mayhem in the lives of everyone they meet. After returning to their beloved home, the Warner Bros. water tower, the siblings waste no time in causing chaos and comic confusion as they run loose through the studio, turning the world into their personal playground. Joining Yakko, Wakko and Dot, fan-favorite characters Pinky and the Brain also return to continue their quest for world domination. Review: Fun Collection of Cartoons - Itโs nice to see the new Animaniacs has a physical option now. The show is funny and the picture quality is pretty good. My only criticism are that the menus are a little bland looking but thatโs normal for WB DVDs. Hopefully they add special features to a season 2 set in the future. Review: Finally on DVD!!!! - I don't have Hulu, nor do I intend to get it any time soon. So I was so excited when I saw that the first season of the Animaniacs reboot is on DVD! Works perfectly too!

It's about time!
The fact that I get to gaze upon even the cover art for this DVD has me in awe when I think how Animaniacs actually got a reboot. Furthermore, the fact that it's a really good reboot is something else. Seriously, this show gets me just as giddy as the original. Yes, the reboot differs drastically from the original series but this generally contained to cast of characters which has been significantly decreased. As much as I would love to see more Slappy Squirrel cartoons, I can't help but love this iteration just the same. It's fast, witty and zany to the max. The Warners still got it and It's extremely refreshing to see them take on the modern world. I have high hopes for the next two seasons (and hopefully) beyond. Don't pass this up!

Reboot - Season 1
Read carefully! This is Season 1 of the Hulu reboot. Not the original! Beware itโs a different vibe than the original.

We used to have comedy without complaining, what happened?
I don't remember the original Animaniacs having so much complaining, whining, and self righteous opinions. After a few episodes I felt I was on social media. I guess that's just contemporary Hollywood. Do yourself a favor, stick with the original series. There is some good news , this season is only 13 episodes long.
