BIOFLECT therapy garments combine the power of three proven therapeutic methods – bio actiove material, Raised Massaging Knit and moderate compression. BIOFLECT garments provide many benefits and can be useful to relieve symptoms associated with conditions such as lipedema and lipo lymphedema; inflammation and arthritis; and muscle pain and soreness. Published studies have shown that bio ceramic garments can be beneficial for many conditions. Micromassage 3D knit creates diversified pressure points along the skin to massage and stimulate the expansive network of capillaries just beneath the skin. Compression has been used and proven for many years to facilitate and support the control of body fluids and ease the pain caused by swelling. Our proprietary raised knitting compression garments mold to the body conforming to the odd-shaped limbs associated with lipedema and lipo lymphedema. BUT being uncomfortable is the #1 reason for users to quit using compression garments! BIOFLECT garments provide moderate compression with flexibility. We recommend consistent use for the best results. BIOFLECT garments are easy to incorporate into every day life. They are especially helpful for those who must stand during day. Medium compression Colors: Black, sand and limited colors Sizes: S/M - M/L - XL - 2XL - 3XL - 4XL Size chart in photos Review: Great for Post Plastic Surgery Compression - This product has been a life saver for me. I recently had tummy tuck and lipo on several areas of my body at one time. These garments allowed my body to heal as the fajas (NOT THIS PRODUCT) cause major blisters on my hips. As a result of no longer the faja and moving to these compression my body's lymphatic system was able to get the fluid moving throughout my body. Get the whole line-up. Its definitely worth the investment. The Fit matches their size chart. Just be patient when you put them on as compression anything means tight so it will take a bit of effort to get them on. If you are swollen from surgery, plan to get at least 2 different sizes, as you will need to eventually go in size as your swelling goes down. The quality is nice; stretchiness is as expected because it is meant for compression and the color is Black which it was. Review: Breathable/durable - I have stage 3 lipidema in my arms and my lipidema therapist suggested i get this compression garment so that im able to wear it to work and daily activities without the bulky garments they supply so that im not overwhelmed. 10/10 It was hard to get on at first but as soon as i got it on with my husband’s help, it is the comfiest. First time wearing it and i feel support in my arms and they aren't hurting as badly to move around. I have to go 2 sizes up in shirts because of my arms but with this i was able to get a large (usually a 2x) and it fits comfortably. Its just trying to get it on to begin with thats the struggle. It sucked my arms right in, they no longer look absolutely horrendous with these compressions on. They are not warm, im able to feel my ceiling fan on my arms so its very breathable but very durable!! I have tattoos on my arms and you cannot see them through this. I will more than likely be buying another very soon to have an extra on hand! So far its worth the money!

Good compression.
Good compression. The quilting leaves the arms itchy and achy and theirs is some rubbing under the arms. The discomfort eases as time goes by after surgery.

Best compression sleeves!
I recently had a mini brachioplasty and the wraps with Velcro the Doctor gave me to wrap my arms were terrible. My husband would wrap my arms but they were constantly coming loose and slipping down. So I did some searching and bought some compression sleeves. They did work but again they would slip down when just doing daily routines and sleeping. So..... I did a little more searching and finally found these sleeves that go around your neck. THEY ARE AWESOME!! The full arm compression helps a lot better with pain. They are super easy to put on and they do not slip down. They especially are great at night while sleeping. I don't mind the side that leaves the little indentions on your arms, as it is not uncomfortable. I found there was no chemical smell as others commented and if there is easily solved by washing them. I just had a post op appointment with my doctor and he actually like this compression garment so much that he took down all the info on it so he could buy some for his practice.

Perfect for me!
I recently had liposuction on my arms. I wore the garment the physician ordered for me the first 2 weeks which had elbow length sleeves. I felt I needed longer sleeves because I had some forearm swelling as well. I tried a few different garments with 3/4 length sleeves that didn’t work out because the fit was odd. I then ordered this garment. I’m very pleased. My arms currently measure 13 inches. I ordered the L/XL. It’s a good fit so it’s true to the size measurements the chart indicates. Even with tenderness persisting, I can put it on. I agree with others that it can be a bit uncomfortable in the armpit area. For me, I only felt it was a little tighter in the right armpit area because that arm is slightly more swollen. I problem solved that by placing breast pads in my armpit area between my skin and the garment. It worked! Some people mentioned an odor to the garment. I too can smell a faint fragrance. It seems like a therapeutic type scent more like eucalyptus rather than cologne or detergent and I like it. The garment overall feels soothing and is helping to reduce my post surgical lymphedema. I hope this helps others.

High quality materials but hate the waffle fabric
These work well from the compression standpoint. I would say the product is durable and high quality. I personally cannot stand the “waffle” texture of this fabric. I thought it would be smoother like spandex, but it left itchy dents all over my arms. Had to return.

STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR
I had heard these smell, but I took a chance and bought it anyway. Came in today opened it up. Smelled it immediately and no smell. But the sleeves right on and they felt incredible. I was so impressed with the pain, relief, and the comfort. After about a half hour then it started. A strong chemical odor started coming out of the sleeves starting To irritate my nasal passages throat and lungs after a full hour. I smelled the arms one more time and identify the smell. It’s a strong petroleum chemical used in the fabric. I immediately took it off after the hour and put it in warm water switched it around in a bucket change the water. Did it again switched it around after five minutes and then let it soak and fresh water. I don’t know if the smell will ever come out, but if it doesn’t, these are going right back. These are toxic. It’s really a shame since the product itself feels great but the smell and toxicity is bad. It smells like motor oil with fragrance on top of it.

Not for all day use, but a great part of the recovery tool kit.
5’2 160lbs. Used a couple weeks after arm laser lipo. I normally wear something between a medium and a large, which was not a choice so I got the small medium. It was way too small at first, but after the swelling went down, it was perfect. This is not for wearing all the time as it can make indentations in your skin. This is for wearing during times of the day while you are active, as the material is structured to move your skin around and keep fibrosis from forming. I believe it would have the opposite effect if you wore it to bed or all the time. It rubs the armpits after a while, but I found it a great break 4 to 6 hours a day to take the compression off of my chest, which was not needed. If you want less fiber structure, just turn it inside out.

Quality as always
Love these Bioflect boleros for my Lipoedema and Lymphoedema. The material is different to the last one I ordered 2 years ago and has a nicer feel to it.

It fits great and is easy to get on. Comfortable to wear. Didn’t arrive by the initial estimated date but was only a few days late.
