Will these fit inside a hot glue gun?

Good question. I've never put crayons in a hot glue gun, but know the normal hot glue size is thinner than these crayons, which are standard size. You could always take the paper down and shave them down a bit with a carrot or potato scraper!

Is this basically a pack of 12 black crayons? How big are the crayons? (looking to use in my candle-making!)

They are very plain black crayons. Like normal 12 pack size, they are very dry or felt drier than colored ones.
