After 5 years, this cover is ready to be replaced.It mainly sat through summer to protect from rain but then did spend one whole winter under snow.During winter months it was folded up and put away in the garage since the patio furniture (sans cushions) were just covered with tarp.This (winter sitting) is likely what did it damage as the years following that, the material started to harden and easily crack and rip.I was able to patch it with some construction grade tuck tape, but it wasn't enough.Overall still great and wish it lasted longer but still satisfied after 5 yrs.
