I bought these as replacements for my LG remotes, and they worked right out of the box—no setup or programming needed. That alone made it worth it. All the core functions worked immediately with my LG TV, including power, volume, input, and menu navigation. The layout is very similar to the original remote, so there’s basically no learning curve. Response time is solid and range is good. I don’t have to aim perfectly for it to register, which is nice. Build quality is what you’d expect for a replacement—lightweight plastic, but it doesn’t feel cheap. Buttons have a decent click and haven’t had any issues so far. The only thing missing compared to the original is some of the more advanced or smart features, depending on your model, but for everyday use it covers everything most people need. It worked right out of the bag without ever having to program it. Which was a nice touch. It feels a little cheap, like if I drop it or press a button too hard it'll break but it's what you expect for the price. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

It connected to my TV without a problem, but sometimes the volume button does not always work in a consistent, reliable way. For the price though, I am okay with it.

The remote that came with my Samsung TV was so tiny. One of our dogs chewed it, not badly, no pieces missing but some visible teeth marks and it died. Official replacement remotes were stupid expensive. This is a great alternative, worked out of the box, no signal issues at all.

Great!! The remote works just like the original Vizio remote without needing calibrations. However, the buttons for Peacock, Tubi, and Crackle have been replaced by Vudu, Hulu, and Xumo. Also, there is no voice search button on it; it has been replaced by Info button.

Bought two of these controllers for our Samsung Frame as the kids had destroyed the original that came with the TV. I much prefer these ones, they feel sturdier and do the job well. They can be a little unresponsive at times and as others say you need to be pointing them directly at the tv to work, but this is a minor inconvenience and for the low price easy to accept. I intend to buy again once the kids destroy these.

The picture of the remote shows both, Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons but the remote I received today - June 13, 2023 - does NOT HAVE THEM ! Why ? But the remote works well with LG SMART TV
