I've been taking electrolyte pills for years. First took the Hammer Nutrition pills that were very similar to these. Guess they went out of business so I have tried these and just finished my first bottle. Much easier to take when running or exercising in my opinion. I've run many races and was severely dehydrated. I found these and will always take them. I also ride my bike to work and on those hot and humid days I'll be sure to take a few to be sure I'm not sweating out all my water. There are also times when working in the yard and I'll take them. You have to keep salt in your system so that your body can absorb that water. These are a great alternative to sports drinks much cheaper and in my opinion more effective.

These electrolyte pills are amazing. So convenient to get what your body needs in just 2 little pills a day!! When I started taking them, I noticed I was sleeping more soundly & for longer. In 2019 I suffered from a severe car accident. It led to some insomnia for a few months. Ever since that time I haven't been able to fully get a good night's sleep. Most nights I get 5 hours. But when I started taking these, I started doing 7 hours, then 7 1/2 and just the other day my watch registered an 8 hour night. I feel like this is what my body needed!! Well hydrated & now I can rest better too!! Well done Key Nutrients!!!

I know that word "game changer" gets thrown a round a LOT by the interwebs community, but honestly....I can not describe this product any other way. It's simply that. If you are like me, I sometimes struggle drinking enough water during the day, ESPECIALLY when I am out and about. It can be difficult. With these, I can throw them in my purse or bag and take them easily on the go. They are tasteless and easy to swallow, and they hydrate you quickly. My son rides BMX so we are travelling a LOT. It's cumbersome bringing all of my powders (it's a LOT). So these have helped my husband and I IMMENSELY. I love all of Key Nutrient's products, but these are epic. Thank you for making a pill form electrolyte. They have totally changed our lives. For the better. I'm already a solid customer, but I am absolutely one for life. xo

these are NOT tablets. as for effectiveness, i cant really say, im sure it works fine.
