This was a very informative book. I got it in a timely manner. I liked all of the examples of how to use each individual form.

I ordered and paid for "textbook binding," but a received a book that was paperback. A replacement was sent to me that was also paperback. It does not seem to me to meet the "textbook binding" definition on Amazon.com, which reads: "Textbook Binding: This sturdier variety of hardcover binding is better suited to being open longer and used more frequently. This type of binding occasionally comes with a dust jacket." I am hesitant to return the replacement, as I may just receive another paperback. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to email Amazon to explain the situation. All of my prior orders with Amazon were excellent.
