These trimmers are amazing. I bought these wick cutters a little less than 2 years ago and they are perfect. They are sharp, they are smooth to use. I have used them to make around 80 wood wick candles for a project and they have also been used almost daily on multiple candles in the house since I purchased them. They have also been used to cut tape on cardboard boxes, plastic zip ties, small wires toothpicks and a variety of other non/intended uses. The metal has not locked up or rusted at all despite being kept near a humidifier. Most impressively, after almost 2 years of use (and abuse), they are still black and they are still sharp. - as a comparison, the pair my father got from yankee candle didn’t last more than a year and those were only used on rope wicks! These are a huge bang for your buck, they are durable and they are some of the most functional trimmers in ways I never intended to need them for. Would recommend.

These work absolutely amazing. They are so strong and sharp. I thought they were just for cotton wicks, but I was having a hard time cutting a wood wick the other day with some scissors so I pulled these out and they chopped it right off with no effort! Great price too!

I love candles, and I like to have them as long as I can, and cutting the wick is a very important part. This one cuts wick easily and it’s made very well and strong.

Everyone needs this to keep your candle wicks easily trimmed. I dropped one star only because initially it scissors are a bit tight to open and close. After some use it has definitely improved. I bought these because the angle of regular scissors won't work and using your fingernails is messy.

I absolutely love it! As far as I can tell by only using it once, it is of good quality. I love when you trim the wick, it stays right on the tray where you cut.

In the past, I have scoffed at the idea of scissors specifically for trimming candle wicks. Well I am eating humble pie now, because these are so useful and much easier than regular scissors. I regret my hubris, as I could’ve bought these years ago and had a slightly easier life. Lesson learned.

These wick trimmers are awesome! They are long and cut the wick straight and with ease! They also collect the cut wick to dispose of with ease. No more massacring my wick with regular scissors!
