Sizing of the bag, the 60818 is designed for the 09-18 Ram 1500, The 60828 is designed for the 2019 ram 1500.

Can u also use these in the front coil springs ?

Negative. The front is a spring and strut set up.

Does it improve the way it rides without towing?

no ,,they are not compressed with no load so you are back on your regular springs. Just what you have now. Ride either way is good.
