I just received this product and it doesn’t create a warming sensation. Could I have received a defective product?

I've been using this product for several years now and you will not feel a warming sensation. It is a great cleanser and was recommended to me by my aesthetician.

This doesn't seem to create a warning sensation at all. Is it just the name or does it create warmth?
