Iโm very happy with this slow cooker. Cooks everything the way they should be cooked when cooking slow

Hard to believe this was new as advertised
When I received this slow cooker, the inside box was torn and the bottom of the ceramic pot seemed to have been used. So, I give it a chance; set the cooker over night for 8 hours and when I woke up, the food was still not ready. It seemed as if the ceramic pot did not get hot enough.
