Perfect taste perfect performance

I have owned an ESAM 4200 for ten years and used it daily. This model is identical, perhaps more stylish, with added metal components such as the drip tray. It's well-built and serves perfect espresso. The dispensing area is ideal for anything from a tiny espresso cup to a full-sized mug. The latter is precisely where you need to be if you love coffee. The only flaw was that I bought this from Amazon. It was shipped to the UAE, and there is an EU-molded plug, so be prepared to buy an adapter if you want to use it immediately. Other than this, you will not regret it.

Very good but next time I will order the one with automatic cappuccino model

Product arrived faulty. Didn't even work. It looked like we had been sent a refurbed machine as there was a few marks on it.

It’s the best coffee machine I’ve ever used in this price range. Absolutely about my expectations. Clean itself when powering on and powering off. Perfect aromatic coffee even if you produced 10-15 cups at the same time. No built in compartment for milk but I don’t mind as you can use fresh milk all the time and the milk frother froth at the best quality just shake up and down and to your coffee and woallah the best coffee ever! Don’t forget to fill the water and clean the discharge box inside the machine and silver tray for cups as It’s makes your machine as new even after many years!

Amazing machine to get into from instant coffee

The machine is very robust and reliable but for the 2 years that I own it, the quality of coffee it produces can be best described as Meh. I tried everything I could, changing beans, cleaning, tweaking the settings but it never managed to produce anything impressive. We mainly use the machine now to steam the milk

Ottima! Avevo una De Longhi Magnifica ESAM4000 che dopo 12 anni di onorato servizio ha dato forfait. Ho comprato questa ESAM3200 e dopo poche regolazioni (ero avvantaggiato per la precedente esperienza) già al 3° caffè è uscito un espresso buono come al bar: caldo, con la giusta consistenza e con una cremina densa superficiale. Bisognerà vedere se avrà la stessa longevità della precedente, per ora ottimo acquisto.

Tras unos dias de uso estamos encantados con la cafetera. El cafe sale muy bueno, por el precio es la mejor cafetera. Pequeños inconvenientes, departamente de grano de cafe, para mi gusto es pequeño y, como todas las automaticas, gasta mucha agua, limpia antes y despues de hacer cafes. Balance muy positivo, elegí este modelo pq era numero uno de ventas en amazon alemania. Saludos.

Od dwóch miesięcy jest zabierany do naprawy ( na gwarancji) po pół roku używania... i wraca nadal zepsuty ! Taki sam model wcześniej nam działał około 10 lat !

An excellent machine - we had the ESAM 3200.S for 9 years until it started playing up a bit earlier in the year - so thought we'd buy another one. Quite hard to find as it's an old model now but the ESAM 3200.S is the absolute best and makes great coffee! Only slight disappointment is that Health & Safety I assume have made DeLonghi modify the machine so that the hot plate is no longer hot and there's a guard over the container where you pour the coffee beans in for grinding (which makes it harder to see how many beans are in the container). But we can live with these modifications as, like I said, it's a great coffee machine.
