Great loaf pan
Works great. Use it to bake my sourdough bread into a loaf shape. Helps with the height of the bread and fits better into a toaster! Sometimes bake the bread with it uncovered and sometimes inside another container. I line it with parchment paper for easy release. Washes well.

Very happy with quality
This was one of a few Nordic ware items I purchased. I have used the loaf pan to make banana bread on multiple occasions and I am very happy with the outcome.
