Loved this book
I really loved this book while reading the book, I was feeling like someone is explaining me my situations in better way and giving me new perspective to handle my emotions. Thank you for this book...I will read it again definitelyโค๏ธโค๏ธ

Itโs very easy drafter book unlike other help books
Very easy drafted help book for all age groups including teens and mostly covered in many help book which i have read before . I took a lot of notes and will try to use them in the future and more than five books author recommended are on my list to read next . The layout of the book is great. Each chapter focuses on a different problem that is created by your emotions this may be jealousy, fear of unknown, anxiety and etc... Chapter starts out as to why emotions have something to do with this and how to combat it with some direct actions. So my favourite part of the book goes like โYou are not your emotion.โ โYou are the most important person in your life.โ So is everybody is in their own lives. This was a standout moment for me. Gently explained, with compassion.#masteryouremotions

You're not enough
For the past few months and years I've been in a feel of "I'm not good enough". this book makes me get rid of the feeling and not only that emotion the author discusses more emotions that usually people get through in day to day life. if you are a person who is undergoing so much emotions in your life this is the go to book that will help you a lot

An insightful read
The simplicity of implementation, without which I believe the book would be a waste of time, but it isn't, distinguishes it from other self-help books. To make it simple for every reader to comprehend his emotions and himself, the author has supplied a workbook. Forget the workbook; even the writing in the book will prompt you to consider your connection with your emotions. Parts 1, 3, and 4 will, in my opinion, be the most beneficial and informative since they provide perspectives that you might not have considered. The bulk of your unpleasant experiences, which are frequently brought on by your own emotions and ideas, will become clearer to you as you gain a greater knowledge of How and Why you react in a particular manner. You will also learn how to fix or eliminate them. However I didn't like the second part of the book, you can choose to skim or even skip that part. I would strongly advise everyone to read this book for the following reasons: 1. The usefulness of this book. It is quite simple to put into practice because the book itself places more emphasis on doing than simply knowing. 2. You'll have a better knowledge of yourself and your emotional system. 3. Know how to resolve most of your issues, such as procrastination (PART 4 of the book).

Emotions, the mere word that has been creating some of the biggest problems in our life, right? But why so? Being able to feel something and create different emotions are the blessings that we are lucky to have. Yet somehow, we all struggle with our emotions at some point of time in our life. This is the 2nd book and 1st e-book that I have completed and this book really makes sense. One should really read this book who is struggling with their emotional health. It does not do any miracles but it really introduces you to your inner-self.

great helpful and interesting book
The books is great, the author describes what emotions are, what impacts our emotions, hot to change emotions and how to use emotions to grow. It is very easy to understand but so deep. The book explains thinks in a easy and clear way but it really helps. It is also very structured and there are questions/exercises to reflect on the topics and to improve. Just a great book. I would buy it again. I highly recommend it.

Life saver
I bought this book last year. (I wrote a similar review on the audio book.) It took some months to learn to recognize things like feeling cold or warm or pain as the things that I had not been focussing on. Mislabeling these as fear and anger and such. Better processing and parsing thoughts and input from my senses and input from my environment, has gotten a lot better. Being able to carve a path successfully through the days and hopefully road ahead. I started buying and listening and reading to a lot more books. But this one is a marker for me now. Listening to the audio version today again. Bad sleep and chronic pain is stil a problem. Chronic lack of sleep is I think the main cause of psychotic symptoms where I stil take medicines for. The books starts out with the fact that there are things that are not being taught at schools and at home. So true!
