At this time I cannot say whether or not it helps restore wear on my teeth because I have used it only a few days. Neither can I say whether the fluoride in the rinse discolours my teeth. I may follow up with a review after I have used it for a longer period of time. It is more expensive than other rinses I have used, however, the amount needed each day is small and it should last a reasonable length of time. If it helps mineralize my teeth in a month or so, then it is worth the cost. Greatly appreciate it arrived intact, wrapped well to prevent leakage.
