I bought these for dealing with bright white screens. I am working on my master’s degree, and I spend a lot of time reading, writing, researching, and working on a computer. By the end of the day, my eyes can get tired, and too much screen time can make it harder for me to wind down. These are especially useful when I have to deal with bright screens professionally, since most people do not use dark mode and I cannot always control the display settings. These have worked great so far and are reasonably priced. They also provide a blue light kit so you can test proof of concept.

I use these when I need to look at my screen later in the night and they have been very pleasant to look through, no issues with vision. I am able to relax my eyes and it is easier to fall asleep with them on than when I didn't have anything like this. I have them next to my nightstand and reach for them every time I need to without hesitation. Blue light blocking and good for eye strain.
