O other parts needed. If you are replacing a standard fountain you may need to switch the plumbing up a little. Also make sure you have power as well.

Q: Is there any way to shut off water flow to the bubbler and still utilize the water bottle filler on this unit?

Sorry, I didn't notice that option.

It depends on the exact model number of the "top portion" that you have already purchased. You may be able to simply buy the Elkay EZS8L, but I would not recommend buying it UNTIL you have ascertained that it is compatible with your top portion.
