Works exactly as expected, has been running in my homelab for over a year now without any issues, always syncing up the bootups/shutdowns of all my drives

It works flawlessly and all you have to do is plug it in.
HP, Dell, Alienware and any other proprietary is company sucks. Build your own. My Alienware had a 1000w psu BUT... it was proprietary. Bought a 4090 and the PSU didn't have the cables to make it run. Bought a Crorsair 1000W psu just to power the video card. Used this to link the proprietary pos and the new Corsair. Works beautifully. Never buy Alienware even on discount. You will regret it in the future.

Works with dual RTX 5080s and an rm1000e
I was determined to fit two 5080s in a Lenovo P620 with Threadripper. And this product solved the problem in getting the RTX 5080s to post. Installation was straightforward. The power supplies turn on and off together. And I no longer fear the "magic smoke." The positive reviews for this product really helped me make a decision to purchase.

Be careful with the SATA power connector
Works well but one should be careful with the SATA power connector. It is quite easy to rip by mistake.
