I have a small waist and I love to exercise, but my previous waist trainers didn't fit well. This has been the best waist trainer I've ever had; you start sweating instantly, and it maintains its fit with those three very firm and comfortable straps.

The waist trimmer fits comfortably and provides good back support during workouts. It really helps increase sweat around the midsection, which makes me feel like I’m getting more out of my training sessions. The material is durable and easy to clean, and the strap keeps it secure without slipping.

This is a great product. I had an old one that I bought years ago and those were even better! They had the wires on the sides and back that held the band together and covered thr whole of my back. I was a bit disappointed that this nee one didn't have those anymore--but other than that, everything still looks the same.

I like this product a lot. It definitely helps with sweating while working out, it’s comfortable enough to wear while working out and stretching. However, there are two plastic pieces that slide into the back, those occasionally slide out and are uncomfortable but easy enough to slide back into place. The quality is great, size for tightness is adjustable, I would definitely buy this again!

The RIYA waist trimmer fits perfectly around the waist and is very comfortable to wear. It helps increase sweating during workouts and daily activities. The material is durable and does not roll up while moving. It is suitable for both women and men. Ideal to support fitness routines and shape the abdominal area.

The only other rap I have ever used is sweet sweat. It was $27 so I decided to go with this for 14. Air bubbles get in so it doesn’t keep the heat in. definitely don’t feel like i was dripping the way I should’ve been. After taking it off, that is. I ordered a medium, which is what I am and it is too small. Length and width should be longer. So you definitely have to go up. I mean, I like how lite it is. it doesn’t look real bulky under my clothes. And I like the back support. But again, half of that ends up going on my hips because it’s just too small. I am 59 168 pounds. I should’ve got a large.
