It did what it is supposed to do
The price is expensive , seems according to the fine cut and material used .. I have used others from China , they did the same job exactly, no difference, but those have many sizes to fit the needs, for me I know which size to use from other brands so I am fine with others.. at the end of the day , they are very good, but expensive !

Lids by design Five Star Rating. Definitely worth the extra money!
I have tried multiple products on the market for my hooded eyes and can’t afford surgery. Either they didn’t stay on, or the colour, or size was incorrect!. My Beautician introduced me to taping about 8 months ago and I haven’t looked back. It’s been a game of trial and error. Trying nearly every product on the market for hooded eyes, without requiring surgery. I stumbled across the,”Lids By Design”, and they are my correct tape for my eyes. Sorry about the rushed photo and application of the tape,(usually you can’t notice the tape) but I thought at the last minute to post a before and after picture. Of course, I couldn’t get it exactly right, but I think from the picture that you can get the idea of the results? If I do it properly, no-one can see the tape.. As you can see my eyes(Left eye in the picture) are quite hooded without the tape, in the first photo. The second photo, I have used the 4mm tape, which I use daily. You must apply it to clean, dry skin and into the natural fold of your eyelid. Using tweezers(I purchased a really good pair that are quite pointy, from ,”Lids by Design”, even though they come with plastic tweezers). I then use either the thick end of the tweezer to run over the tape, or a cotton bud. Then press down for a few seconds with my fingers. I don’t use eyeshadow, so I can’t comment on that, but I use mascara, which I usually curl my lashes and place mascara on after that. I have old Mascara on in the photo. I prefer the light colour of the tape than brown, or skin colour. (They are very obvious on my skin) But everyone has their own preference. The variety packet is great value for money, as it has different sizes for each occasion. I rarely review anything, but the tape from ,’Lids By Design”, is worth paying the extra money. The quality, versatility, useage, for, me , is definitely worth it. I hope this helps.

Good for residual droop following a bleph; how to apply makeup
I am five months post a bleph (combined with a facelift by an excellent plastic surgeon) which was successful. I still have some drooping partly because it takes about a year for the tissues to recover but mainly, the drooping is caused by brow ptosis where the weight of the brow itself is pushing down on the skin over the eyelid. (I may inquire about a possible more specific ptosis revision procedure (which is often combined with a bleph but I haven't had it done yet) when I meet with my eye surgeon next year.) Just noting this for anyone considering a bleph -- it will improve your hooded eyes but you may still have some drooping if you didn't also have a brow lift (which I didn't need). (Also, I have very dry eyes but I didn't notice additional dryness following the procedure, but I use Miebo drops.) Regarding the strips, I purchased the variety pack (which are medical-grade and better than cheaper rival options) but ended up trying the 8mm for an event last night because the smaller ones just weren't working. I had to fiddle around with getting the placement right but after peeling them off a few times but finally got it right. Holding the strip with the curved part at the top, have the middle of the strip exactly over the natural crease in your eyelid (which may not align with your surgical scar if you had a bleph). The strips did stick eve after having been lightly applied, removed, and repositioned (apply gentle pressure over the strip and the warmth will set the adhesive). There was still some skin lapping over the top of the strip but it did the job I expected. After the strips were in place, apply a cream eyeshadow primer (I use one called a "potion") all over the lid area up to the brow, gently patting it over the strips. Then apply a dark cream eyeshadow patted over the top of the strip, in the crease and contour outward, then a lighter cream eyeshadow over the mobile lid, patted again over the strip. The strip won't be all that noticeable, especially with false eyelashes. To remove the strips safely without pulling on the eyelid skin (especially following a bleph), soak a cotton swab in oil (I use a hair styling oil but I imagine Vitamin E cuticle oil or similar would also work) and gently spread that over the strip, which will soon slide right off.

Absolutely Brilliant !
It does exactly what it is meant to do. And it does it beautifully. No one can notice the sticker and it stays all day on the eyelid

Very Disappointing – I Would Not Recommend
These do not stay glued properly. Once they start coming off, they curl up and twist, which makes them extremely difficult to put back on and basically impossible to reuse properly. Another major issue is that they are NOT truly transparent. If you wear makeup or have a medium/tan skin tone, they are very noticeable against the skin. Instead of blending in naturally, you can clearly see where they are placed. Between the poor adhesion, the curling once they lift, and how visible they are on the skin, I was very disappointed with this product. I would not purchase them again.
